Senior Motion Designer (Performance Marketing / iGaming)

An international media buying team in affiliate marketing and iGaming is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to create performance creatives. Responsibilities: generating ideas, creating video and static assets, 10+ concepts weekly, participating in brainstorming, refining based on analytics, creating landing pages and PWAs. Requires 3+ years of experience in iGaming media buying, AI workflow, Photoshop/Figma, After Effects/CapCut, high speed, remote work.

What we need

• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer in an iGaming media buying team
• Ability to independently generate ideas and turn them into working concepts without detailed briefs
• Strong AI workflow: content generation, prompting, and using neural networks
• Proficient in Photoshop and/or Figma
• Experience with video editors (After Effects, CapCut or similar)
• High speed and ability to quickly adapt based on test results
• Self-organization, attention to detail, and responsibility in a remote format
• Comfortable with edits, iterations, and constant hypothesis testing cycle
