Content Team Lead

Our team is looking for a strong Content Team Lead to optimize team performance and improve metrics. We expect candidates with team management experience, understanding of metrics, and experience in promotion verticals and binary options. We offer remote work and weekly payments.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of content managers, organize and control the department's work
• Develop, optimize, and implement content strategy
• Continuously analyze engagement and adjust the content plan based on audience response

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Practical understanding of ROMI, conversions, and other key content campaign KPIs
• Successful experience in team management, development, and coordination
• Experience with multi-geo (LATAM is a plus)
• Experience in developing and implementing content strategies for promotion verticals, binary options (forex is a plus)
• Mandatory signing of an NDA
