Affiliate Manager (iGaming, English B2-C1)

We are an international iGaming company with a team of over 110 people, developing 5 products for the global market. We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop and scale our affiliate direction. Fully remote work.

What you'll do

• Develop and scale the affiliate direction in iGaming.
• Find, attract, and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Manage existing partners and build long-term relationships.
• Negotiate and agree on commercial terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
• Monitor traffic quality, performance, and ROI.
• Optimize funnels together with product and marketing teams.
• Analyze metrics, prepare reports and growth recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with brand requirements, compliance, and regulatory restrictions.
• Identify new growth opportunities and test new traffic sources.

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
• Mandatory experience with Tier-1 GEOs.
• Understanding of affiliate models, traffic sources, and monetization principles.
• Experience in negotiations and working with partner terms.
• English at C1 level (daily communication with partners).
• Analytical thinking, result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a remote format.

Nice to have

• Existing affiliate base.
• Experience with large affiliate networks and direct partners.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in iGaming.
