YouTube Channel Host / Blogger in Digital Project

We are looking for a charismatic host for an international digital project. You will create content for YouTube: reviews, news, interviews, and entertainment videos for the audience of CIS and Central Asia.

What you'll do

• Participate in shooting YouTube videos based on prepared scripts
• Voice and present content on camera
• Independently edit videos with a focus on retention and dynamics
• Publish 1-2 full-length videos per week
• Create Shorts and vertical videos based on main content
• Work with audience engagement and understand principles of viewer retention

What we need

• Fluent in one of the following languages: Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Uzbek, or Azerbaijani
• Proficient in Russian for team communication
• Confident on camera
• Charismatic and energetic delivery
• Basic video editing skills
• Experience recording content for YouTube, TikTok, or Shorts
• Own filming equipment (camera, microphone, etc.)

Nice to have

• Experience in live streaming
• Own blog or YouTube channel
• Understanding of YouTube mechanics and platform algorithms
• Experience in iGaming / gambling topics
