Account Farming and Scaling Specialist (with growth to Team Lead)

The company is engaged in mass content production and launching account networks for clients. We are looking for a specialist who understands accounts, farming, and scaling processes and wants to grow into a team lead. Fully remote work, fixed salary + KPI bonuses + % of repeat sales.

What we need

• Understanding of account creation and preparation process
• Experience in account quality control and compliance with regulations
• Skills in interacting with performers and departments
• Desire to grow into a leadership role

Nice to have

• Experience in traffic arbitrage
• Experience farming accounts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube or other platforms
• Understanding of anti-detect browsers, proxies, consumables, phone numbers, and emails
• Experience working with remote contractors
• Desire to build your own team
