Specialist in account farming and scaling (with growth to Team Lead)

We are looking for a specialist in account farming and scaling for remote work. The role includes controlling account creation and quality, interacting with teams, and improving processes. There is potential to grow to Team Lead.

What you'll do

• Control the process of creating and preparing accounts.
• Help organize the work of performers.
• Monitor account quality and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor the execution of the daily plan.
• Help improve account creation and launch processes.
• Interact with assistants and the content department.
• Suggest ideas for speeding up and scaling work.

What we need

• Understanding of accounts, farming, and process scaling.
• Desire to grow into a leadership role.

Nice to have

• Experience in traffic arbitrage.
• Experience farming accounts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms.
• Understanding of anti-detects, proxies, consumables, phone numbers, and emails.
• Experience working with remote performers.
• Desire to grow into management and build your own team.
