Senior Affiliate Manager

An international iGaming company is looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to attract and develop partners in online casinos. The work is fully remote, on a freelance basis, with a focus on Tier 1 geos and various cooperation models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).

What you'll do

• Independently attract new partners and build your own pool of affiliates.
• Develop long-term relationships with partners.
• Work with major Tier 1 geos and various traffic sources.
• Work with different cooperation terms: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid.
• Monitor the quantity and quality of FTDs, profitability, and traffic quality.
• Develop and scale the existing portfolio.
• Search for new traffic sources and growth opportunities.

What we need

• Fluent English.
• At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing in iGaming.
• Strong experience specifically in online casinos.
• Mandatory experience working with Curacao.
• Experience working with Tier 1.
• Own base and network of relevant casino partners.
• Ability to independently find, connect, and develop new partners.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset.
