Product Owner / Product Manager

An international company with its own lottery/iGaming platform is looking for a Product Owner / Product Manager. The main market is Latin America, currently Peru, with plans for Ecuador and Mexico. This is a hands-on role with direct interaction with the CEO, full ownership of the product from idea to launch.

What you'll do

• Define product vision, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization.
• Prepare technical specifications and product documentation.
• Manage a team of 3 developers and QA.
• Plan sprints, releases, and delivery.
• Work with APIs, payments, and external integrations.
• Analyze metrics and prepare the product for launch in new markets.

What we need

• 3+ years in Product / Project Management.
• Experience launching a mobile B2C product from scratch to first users.
• Experience managing a small development team.
• Experience with APIs and external integrations.
• Hands-on approach and high autonomy.
• English B2+.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming / lottery / fintech.
• Knowledge of SQL / Metabase.
• Technical background.
• Spanish language.
