An iGaming employer is looking for a Team Lead CRM to execute the CRM strategy and manage the customer lifecycle. The role covers building the CRM roadmap, setting up automated communication chains, developing bonus mechanics, and analytics with a data-driven approach. Remote work.

What you'll do

What we need

• 3+ years of iGaming experience in CRM marketing
• Experience building CRM processes and automated communications
• Experience with CRM platforms, e.g. Customer.io
• Confident English
• Experience running A/B tests and implementing a data-driven approach
• Hands-on experience with customer base segmentation and communication personalization
