SEO Team Lead

The company is expanding its team and opening several iGaming vacancies, including SEO Team Lead, CRM Manager, Bonus Manager, VIP Manager and Product Manager. Experience in iGaming in Tier-1 is mandatory for all positions. Candidates are offered building and developing teams, working with bonus mechanics, CRM and VIP players.

What you'll do

• Building and developing the SEO team
• Launching sites from scratch and bringing them to the top of Google in Tier-1
• Focus on Brand Protect
• Managing CRM in iGaming
• Optimizing bonus mechanics
• Analyzing activation, wagering, conversion and bonus cost
• Analyzing the player journey and identifying churn points
• Working in Smartico and Customer: segmentation, bonus communications, CRM mechanics
• Communicating with VIP players via chats, messengers and calls
• Working with metrics
• Understanding the SOFTSWISS platform: bonuses, admin panel, limitations

What we need

• Experience in iGaming in Tier-1 is mandatory
• Team management experience from 1 year (SEO Team Lead)
• Launching sites from scratch and bringing them to the top of Google in Tier-1 (SEO Team Lead)
• From 3 years in CRM in iGaming (CRM Manager)
• Confident practice in Customer (CRM Manager)
• Knowledge of Retention, LTV, CR metrics and strong analytics (CRM Manager)
• Experience as VIP manager from 1 year in iGaming in Tier-1 (VIP Manager)
• Fluent English (VIP Manager)
• Understanding of the SOFTSWISS platform: bonuses, admin panel, limitations (Product Manager)
• Proficiency in Customer and Smartico (Product Manager)
