Affiliate Manager (LATAM)
Employer —Location Cyprus / remote
We are looking for an Affiliate Manager for a new online casino and sportsbook project focused on Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina. Hybrid role: affiliate acquisition, partner account management, traffic analytics, and operational support. Fluent Spanish and working English required.
What we need
- Experience in iGaming / affiliate / partner marketing
- Good understanding of CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models
- Hands-on experience with tracking, postbacks, attribution, and affiliate reporting
- Ability to analyze traffic quality and partner performance through key business metrics
- Experience working with the LATAM market
- Fluent Spanish
- Working English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Ahrefs, Semrush, Similarweb or similar SEO/competitive intelligence tools
- Experience with BetConstruct and Income Access
- Existing network of affiliate contacts
