Head of Customer Success

An international product company is looking for a Head of Customer Success. The role includes building and developing customer success strategy, managing and scaling the team, client retention, LTV growth, upsell/cross-sell, customer data analysis, and KPI implementation. Fully remote format, international team.
What we need
- 4+ years of experience in customer success / account management
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong people management and data-driven skills
