Media Buyer / Traffic Arbitrage Specialist (18+)

We are looking for a strong media buyer for our own AI product in the 18+ vertical. You need to independently find working combinations, bring them to profit, and scale. Advertising budget is provided, work is fully remote. Compensation: fixed salary + percentage of profit.

What you'll do

• Launch and manage advertising campaigns
• Find and test new traffic combinations
• Test creatives, audiences, GEOs, and landing pages
• Monitor CPA / CR / ROI / ROAS
• Quickly turn off losing campaigns
• Scale what brings profit
• Constantly look for new approaches

What we need

• Real experience in traffic arbitrage
• Experience in 18+ / Dating / Nutra / iGaming or other complex verticals
• Ability to independently find combinations, not just run ready-made ones
• Understanding of traffic economics and result-oriented work
• Willingness to show advertising accounts and real cases on a call

Nice to have

• Experience with GEOs: Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Russia
• Experience with adult platforms: PornHub, XVideos, XNXX, xHamster and similar
