Recruiter / Mass Hiring Manager

A fast-growing the company in microfinance and digital financial products is looking for a recruiter to scale the team and fill mass positions in collections, sales, and contact center. Fully remote, payments in USDT.

What we need

• At least 1 year of mass hiring experience
• Proficient in candidate sourcing and assessment tools
• Experience conducting online interviews
• Experience with CRM, Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to work with recruitment funnel and analytics
• High autonomy and result orientation

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, MFO, iGaming or contact centers
• Experience with AmoCRM
• Successful experience in remote mass hiring
