Recruiter / Mass Hiring Manager

Fast-growing FinTech company in microfinance and digital financial products is seeking a recruiter to scale the team and fill mass positions in collections, sales, and contact center. Target: 7–10 successful onboardings per month.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for mass vacancies
• Search for candidates via job sites, resume databases, and alternative channels
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments
• Support employees from first contact through the end of probation period
• Work with recruitment analytics and improve hiring processes
• Meet hiring plans and ensure quality onboarding

What we need

• Experience in mass hiring from 1 year
• Proficient in candidate search and assessment tools
• Experience conducting online interviews
• Experience with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to work with recruitment pipeline and analytics
• High autonomy and results orientation

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, MFO, iGaming, or contact centers
• Experience with AmoCRM
• Successful experience in remote mass hiring
