Traffic Handler (RD Manager), Loans

The employer is looking for an experienced RD manager (traffic handler) for its RD department in the loans vertical. The role involves handling large traffic volumes in CIS geos (Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan) and LATAM (Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia). Income from $2000–4000 with a fixed base plus a percentage of revenue, no cap.

What you'll do

• Handling large traffic volumes in the loans vertical
• Communicating with leads in live conversation, without scripts
• Working with CIS and LATAM audiences with respect to local mentality
• Confirming and growing own performance results

What we need

• Experience in loans and in an RD role from 6 months
• Understanding of CIS and LATAM audience mentality
• Ability to work with large traffic volumes
• Experience working with CIS and LATAM geos
• Skill in live conversation, without scripts
• Own PC or laptop
