Checker (Binary Options)

The company is looking for a checker to monitor the quality of the processing team's work during the night shift. The role requires someone who deeply understands the processing workflow, can independently identify errors, and is ready to step in and back up the team when needed.

What you'll do

• Check processing against timing benchmarks and monitor whether the team responds on time
• Monitor the quality of responses and compliance with processing standards
• Log violations: who committed a violation, where, and of what kind
• Report violation information so that the necessary measures can be taken
• Keep track of the overall processing quality picture
• Step into processing personally in an emergency to back up the team

What we need

• Experience in processing is a mandatory requirement
• Strong understanding of the processing workflow and ability to independently determine whether a response is correct or erroneous
• Readiness to step into processing in an emergency
