Senior / Affiliate Team Lead

The employer is looking for a Senior Affiliate Team Lead to develop the affiliate direction in Franco Africa. The role involves managing a team, attracting partners (cappers, streamers, bloggers, influencers, websites), and controlling traffic quality (FTD, Regs, ROI, LTV). Requires 2+ years experience in iGaming/Betting/Affiliate, team management experience, and English B1+.

What you'll do

• Develop the affiliate direction in Franco Africa
• Manage and strengthen the team's performance
• Attract and develop partners: cappers, streamers, bloggers, influencers, websites
• Control traffic quality, FTD / Regs, ROI, LTV
• Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
• Analyze traffic, competitors, and find growth opportunities

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming / Betting / Affiliate in a similar role
• Strong experience with partner traffic
• Understanding of FTD, Regs, ROI, LTV, baseline, wager
• Experience in team management and negotiations
• English from B1

Nice to have

• French language
• Experience with capper traffic
