Retention Manager (Sports)

An iGaming company is looking for a Retention Manager (Sports) with 1-2 years of experience. Requires understanding of sportsbook product, launching retention and CRM campaigns, analyzing user behavior and key metrics. Remote work.

What you'll do

• Launch and manage retention, CRM, and promo campaigns
• Segment players and analyze user behavior
• Monitor and analyze key metrics: retention rate, churn, LTV, ARPU, GGR, NGR, turnover, bonus cost, ROI
• Write clear technical specifications for designers, developers, CRM and content teams

What we need

• Experience in iGaming: 1-2 years
• Understanding of sportsbook product, sports events, and bet types
• Experience launching retention, CRM, or promo campaigns
• Skills in player segmentation and user behavior analysis
• Understanding of key metrics: retention rate, churn, LTV, ARPU, GGR, NGR, turnover, bonus cost, ROI
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Ability to write clear technical specifications for designers, developers, CRM and content teams
• English language at B2 level or higher
