The company is looking for a Team Lead of Affiliate's to develop the Africa region. Responsibilities: strategy implementation, partner acquisition, team management, performance analysis, budget and KPI control. Requires iGaming experience, affiliate marketing knowledge, leadership skills, fluent Russian, English B2+. Offers remote work, flexible schedule, competitive salary.
What we need
- Experience as Head of Affiliates / Team Lead / Senior Affiliate Manager / Country Manager (iGaming)
- Successful experience with Africa region
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and its tools
- Leadership qualities, skills and team management experience
- Fluent Russian
- Conversational English B2+
- Result orientation, analytical mindset and ability to manage metrics
- Proactivity
