Team Lead of Affiliates

The company is looking for a Team Lead of Affiliates to develop the African market, manage key partners, lead a team of affiliate managers, and optimize affiliate channels.

What you'll do

• Implement strategy for African market development
• Find, attract and effectively work with key partners
• Hire, train and develop your team of affiliate managers
• Analyze and optimize performance of partner channels
• Control budget, meet personal and team KPIs
• Analyze market, competitor practices and trends

What we need

• Experience as Head of Affiliates / Team Lead / Senior Affiliate Manager (iGaming)
• Successful experience with African market
• Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and its tools
• Leadership qualities, skills and experience in team management
• Fluent Russian
• Conversational English B2+
• Result orientation, analytical mindset, and ability to manage metrics
• Proactivity

• Experience with betB2B platform
