CRM / Retention Manager (Email/SMS campaigns)

The employer is looking for a CRM / Retention specialist for a sweepstakes product targeting the USA market, able to build user communication from first touch through reactivation and VIP. The role is office-based in Prague, 5/2 schedule from 15:00 to 00:00, with B2B contracting. The candidate must independently write strong English copy and influence CRM strategy.

What you'll do

• Write converting emails and SMS for the USA audience
• Build Welcome, Retention, Win-back and VIP flows
• Segment the database and design offers
• Work with cold and existing audiences
• Run A/B tests and optimize campaigns
• Analyze Conversion, Retention, Reactivation and Revenue
• Propose new ideas and independently influence CRM strategy

What we need

• 1+ year of experience in CRM / Retention / Lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with Email + SMS
• Ability to independently write strong English copy
• Experience with segmentation and automated flows
• Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Optimove, Customer.io or similar
• Understanding of customer lifecycle
• Self-sufficiency and proactivity
• English B2+
