Reels Creator

The company is looking for a Reels Creator to develop the federal Instagram and create viral short video content. Full production cycle: ideas, shooting, editing, publishing. Hybrid work format (Moscow).
What we need
- Experience creating short viral videos
- Portfolio with cases where average video views are at least 30,000
- Mobile shooting and editing skills
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts algorithms
- Ability to write scripts and independently organize the shooting process
- Content performance analysis skills
- Good visual taste, trained eye, and creative thinking
- Proficient written communication
Nice to have
- Experience with serial vertical formats
- Experience creating food content or working in HoReCa
- Experience in content production and team coordination
- Experience launching content projects and brand media from scratch
