Reels Maker

The company is looking for a Reels Maker to develop the company's federal Instagram and create viral short video content. Responsibilities include generating and launching new Reels formats, managing the entire content creation cycle, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with SMM, design, and copywriting teams.

What you'll do

• Develop the federal Instagram and short video direction
• Create and launch new Reels formats
• Manage the full content creation cycle: ideas, scripts, filming, editing, and publication
• Generate ideas independently and participate in brainstorming sessions
• Monitor trends and algorithms of Reels, TikTok, and Shorts
• Analyze metrics, test hypotheses, and improve results
• Work with SMM, design, and copywriting teams
• Manage the content plan and coordinate content production

What we need

• Experience in creating short viral videos
• Portfolio with cases where average video views are at least 30,000
• Skills in mobile filming and editing
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts algorithms
• Ability to write scripts and independently organize the filming process
• Skills in content performance analysis
• Good visual taste, exposure, and creative thinking
• Competent written communication

Nice to have

• Experience with serial vertical formats
• Experience in creating food content or working in HoReCa
• Experience in content production and team coordination
• Experience in launching content projects and brand media from scratch
