Affiliate Manager (Middle / Senior)

An affiliate program is looking for a middle/senior Affiliate Manager to actively attract media buyers and traffic arbitrage teams, manage partners, and select exclusive and private offers matching their traffic. The role involves helping partners scale their funnels, monitoring traffic quality and payback metrics, and representing the company at top international conferences. Remote work with a competitive fixed salary plus a percentage.

What you'll do

• Actively source and onboard new media buyers and traffic arbitrage teams
• Manage partners and select exclusive and private offers matching their traffic
• Help partners scale their traffic funnels
• Monitor traffic quality, payback and key metrics
• Represent the company at top international conferences

What we need

• 2–3+ years of iGaming experience as an Affiliate Manager at an affiliate program
• Own database of webmaster and iGaming team contacts

Nice to have

• Good English is an advantage
