Payments Partnerships Manager

The employer is an iGaming company looking for a Payments Partnerships Manager to build partnerships with PSPs in MENA markets, negotiate terms, integrate payment methods, and manage fraud/chargebacks.

What you'll do

• Build partnerships with PSPs, agents, and local providers in target MENA markets; negotiate fees, terms, limits, and SLAs.
• Integrate cards, e-wallets, crypto, and local payment methods.
• Track approval, decline, and conversion rates; reduce chargebacks and collaborate with fraud and tech teams.
• Diversify payment flows, quickly switch providers, reduce risk, and explore new solutions per geo.

What we need

• iGaming payments experience (1+ year)
• PSP onboarding experience
• MENA market knowledge
• Negotiation and contract skills
• Russian language at B2 level
