Team Lead (Buying Department, Crypto)

The team has established processes in performance marketing in the Crypto vertical and is scaling up, strengthening the buying department. We need a strong buyer who will lead others. A well-structured system with automations, assistants, and clear inter-departmental interaction allows the buyer to focus on ideas and analytics. The Team Lead's task is to strengthen the system and bring the team to new KPIs.

What you'll do

• Strengthen the existing buying system and bring the team to new KPIs
• Lead the buying department and guide other buyers
• Focus on ideas and analytics, using automations and assistants

What we need

• Experience as a Team Lead or lead buyer in performance marketing
• Experience in the Crypto vertical (cryptocurrencies, crypto offers)
• Ability to build and optimize buying processes
