Team Lead Media Buying FB/Telegram

We are looking for a Team Lead to manage a team of media buyers who can find profitable campaigns and build effective processes. Remote work, high income.

What you'll do

• Managing the Facebook Media Buying team
• Monitoring KPI achievement and key team metrics
• Developing strategy for launching, testing, and scaling ad campaigns
• Analyzing results, identifying growth points, and improving traffic buying efficiency
• Quality control of campaigns and task distribution within the team
• Interacting with designers, technical department, and other teams
• Training, developing, and supporting buyers

What we need

• Experience as Team Lead or Senior Media Buyer with managerial duties is mandatory
• At least 2 years of experience
• Deep understanding of Facebook Ads and buying traffic on Telegram
• Proficient with Keitaro and other analytics tools
• Experience in scaling ad campaigns and managing large budgets
• Ability to establish processes, motivate the team, and take responsibility for results
