Art Lead / Lead Game Artist

The company is looking for an Art Lead / Lead Game Artist to create high-quality game art, lead the art team, and manage art production for iGaming projects (slots, crash games). The role combines hands-on creation, mentoring, and quality control.
What you'll do
- Hands-on creation of high-quality game content: concepts, design, illustrations, animation, final visual assets.
- Regular art review and quality control of graphics at all development stages, finding and fixing errors.
- Training, mentoring and professional development of art team members.
- Overseeing the full game production cycle by the Art Department (from concept to integration).
- Coordinating art department work with developers, game designers and product team to ensure visual consistency.
What we need
- Minimum 3 years of experience in iGaming.
- Deep understanding of game development for Slots, Crash Games and other relevant genres.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating game art (2D/3D, UI, illustrations, animation).
- Leadership skills and mentoring experience, ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Expert knowledge of specialized software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Spine 2D / After Effects, Figma, etc.
- Understanding of the graphics development pipeline from concept to asset slicing and optimization for game engines.
Nice to have
- Experience working in game studios (will be a huge plus).
- Experience in a Senior or Lead position (will be a plus).
