Senior / Affiliate Team Lead

We are looking for a Senior / Affiliate Team Lead to develop the affiliate network in the African market. Manage and strengthen the team, attract partners (cappers, streamers, bloggers, influencers, websites), control traffic quality and metrics (FTD, Regs, ROI, LTV), work with CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models.

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming / Betting / Affiliate in a similar role
• Strong experience with affiliate traffic
• Understanding of FTD, Regs, ROI, LTV, baseline, wager
• Experience in team management and negotiations
• English at least B1

Nice to have

• French language
• Experience with capper traffic
