Senior / Affiliate Team Lead

The company is looking for a Senior / Affiliate Team Lead to develop the affiliate network in the African market. Responsibilities include managing a team, attracting partners (cappers, streamers, bloggers, influencers, websites), and controlling traffic quality with a focus on ROI, LTV, CPA/RevShare models.

What you'll do

• Develop the affiliate direction for Francophone Africa
• Manage and strengthen the team's work
• Attract and develop partners: cappers, streamers, bloggers, influencers, websites
• Control traffic quality, FTD / Regs, ROI, LTV
• Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
• Analyze traffic, competitors, and find growth opportunities

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming / Betting / Affiliate in a similar role
• Strong experience with partner traffic
• Understanding of FTD, Regs, ROI, LTV, baseline, wager
• Experience managing a team and conducting negotiations
• English B1+
• Experience with capper traffic
