Farmer Support

An advertising agency running targeted ads on the crypto vertical for the foreign market is looking for an experienced support specialist. The core role is working in support chats with buyers, resolving technical issues, issuing consumables, and registering ad accounts.

What you'll do

• Work in support chats with buyers and resolve technical issues
• Issue consumables
• Register ad accounts following instructions
• Maintain records and reporting in Google Sheets
