Accountant / Financial Manager

The company is looking for an Accountant / Financial Manager to handle payroll, expenses, reconciliations, financial reporting, and financial modeling in affiliate marketing.

What you'll do

• Calculate employee salaries (up to 30 people) from 1st to 15th, payments in crypto.
• Pay for expenses upon team request.
• Conduct reconciliations from payment systems and Facebook agents.
• Reconcile deposits/expenses by agents.
• Reconcile buyer spends.
• Prepare financial reports (weekly, monthly).
• Fill Google Sheets (all reporting on employees and advertisers).
• Build financial models (P&L, LTV calculation by traffic sources, cash flow).
• Control financial flows, optimize costs, maintain records of all expenses/salaries.
• Analyze promising directions and calculate project ROI.

What we need

• Experience building complex financial models from scratch.
• Experience with antidetect browsers and Facebook Ads.
• Experience with numbers (finance/accounting/analytics) for 6-12 months.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables mandatory).
• Willingness to perform routine operational work.

Nice to have

• Complex formulas in Excel/Google Sheets (as an advantage).
