We are looking for an experienced team lead to build and manage a team of media buyers focused on Telegram Ads. Experience in schematic traffic and scaling is required. Fully remote work, unlimited budgets.

What you'll do

• Build and manage a team of media buyers
• Scale winning combinations and find new approaches
• Monitor KPIs (ROI, CPL, volumes)
• Build purchasing and testing processes

What we need

• Experience with Telegram Ads for 2+ years
• Experience in schematic traffic is mandatory
• Confident work with analytics and key metrics
• Willingness to show case studies

Nice to have

• Experience with LATAM geo
• Team leads with their own team are also considered
