We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to build and manage a team of media buyers focused on Telegram Ads. Unlimited budgets, remote work, fixed salary + percentage of team profit.

What you'll do

• Build and manage a team of media buyers
• Scale campaigns and find new approaches
• Monitor KPIs (ROI, CPL, volumes)
• Establish purchasing and testing processes

What we need

• Telegram Ads as main source, 2+ years experience
• Experience with scheme traffic is mandatory
• Proficient with analytics and key metrics
• Willingness to show case studies

• Experience with LATAM geo
