AI Optimizer

The company is a buying team in iGaming specializing in traffic via Google and Facebook. We are looking for an AI Optimizer to automate internal processes using AI and no-code/low-code tools. The role involves analyzing processes, implementing AI solutions, researching new services, and fostering an AI culture within the company.

What you'll do

• Analyze internal company processes and identify opportunities for optimization
• Automate routine operations using AI and modern no-code/low-code tools
• Implement AI solutions in the work of various teams
• Research new AI services, test them, and evaluate their suitability for the company
• Develop and improve AI workflows to reduce manual work and increase team productivity
• Interact with department heads to identify bottlenecks in processes and propose effective solutions
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions through specific business metrics (time savings, reduction in manual actions, task completion speed, etc.)
• Foster a culture of AI usage within the company and help teams work effectively with new tools

• Practical experience in business process automation in a similar niche
• Understanding of modern AI tools capabilities
• Experience with automation platforms
