Call Center Operator

An iGaming company is looking for a remote call center operator fluent in Uzbek and Russian. The role focuses on player reactivation, working with the existing customer base, and increasing user activity. Compensation is a fixed base plus bonuses.

What you'll do

• Cold-call the existing player base
• Bring inactive users back to the product
• Inform players about current bonuses, promotions, and special offers
• Handle objections and identify player needs
• Motivate users to become active again and make deposits
• Log call results and maintain reporting in the CRM
• Meet KPIs for call volume, reactivation, and conversion

What we need

• Fluent in Uzbek and Russian, both spoken and written
• Mandatory experience in iGaming
• Experience with the BetB2B platform
• Ability to communicate with clients and handle objections
• Responsibility, politeness, and results orientation
• Confident PC skills
• Own equipment for remote work
