Senior Recruiter (In-House)

The company seeks an experienced Recruiter to join an international iGaming holding, supporting team growth across tier-2 and tier-3 regions. The role involves full-cycle recruitment for marketing, product, SEO, affiliate, and operations teams, collaborating with hiring managers, and optimizing recruitment funnels. Candidates should have iGaming recruiting experience, strong interviewing skills, and analytical thinking.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for marketing, product, SEO, affiliate, and operations teams.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles.
• Optimize hiring funnels and metrics to improve efficiency and quality of hires.
• Support rapid team growth across tier-2 and tier-3 regions.
