Short-form video and YouTube scriptwriter

We are looking for a scriptwriter to launch the personal blog of the founder of an international marketing agency. The blog is about how business really works: negotiations, hiring, team management, entering new markets. Platforms: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok. Remote, full-time, working directly with the founder.

What you'll do

• Write scripts for short videos and long YouTube videos
• Turn the founder's voice notes into clear and lively scripts
• Come up with hooks, titles, cover texts, and descriptions
• Proactively bring topics and ideas, not just wait for briefs
• Ask the founder the right questions to extract strong material and real stories

What we need

• Experience in journalism or copywriting — required
• Experience writing scripts for short videos, work samples required
• Understanding of hooks, retention, and video structure
• Ability to write conversationally: the person on camera should sound natural, not like a presentation text
• Native-level Russian
• Location — considering candidates outside Russia for technical reasons

Nice to have

• Experience working with experts or in a business niche
• Familiarity with English-speaking creators
• Understanding of YouTube / Shorts / Reels / TikTok formats
