Head of SEO / SEO Department Lead

The employer is looking for a Head of SEO to lead the SEO department, grow the team, and drive organic traffic growth and project results across a portfolio of projects in the iGaming niche. The role covers SEO strategy, team management, budget planning, and analytics work in collaboration with content and development teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the SEO strategy for a portfolio of projects
• Manage the SEO team: set goals, develop specialists, and take part in hiring
• Set priorities, plan resources, and control the SEO department budget
• Work with content and development teams to improve projects and find new growth opportunities
• Track traffic, conversions, and SEO contribution to revenue, build clear reporting, and introduce useful AI tools

What we need

• 3+ years of SEO experience and deep understanding of technical SEO, content, and link-building strategies
• Proven cases of organic traffic growth and business results
• Experience leading an SEO team, setting tasks, and building processes
• Ability to work with analytics, prioritize, and make data-driven decisions
