Sales Representative (Fintech)

The company is looking for motivated Sales Representatives in the fintech industry; no prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support are provided. Office-only role in Moscow working exclusively with inbound (hot) traffic — no cold client hunting. Salary from 200,000 RUB plus performance-based bonuses.

What you'll do

• Work with inbound client inquiries (hot traffic) — no cold outreach
• Conduct sales and close deals with inbound clients
• Meet sales targets and earn performance-based bonuses
• Maintain client communication and support deals through completion

What we need

• English level B2 or higher
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work in the office in Moscow

Nice to have

• Knowledge of other foreign languages
