Head of Sales

We are looking for a Head of Sales with experience in finance to manage a team and multiply revenue. Tasks: building and scaling the sales department, managing the team (handlers/team leads), controlling metrics (conversions, ROI, revenue), optimizing funnels and scripts, interacting with buying and other departments, analyzing results and finding growth points.

What we need

• Proven experience as Head of Sales / Sales Director
• Experience in finance (lending, leasing, insurance, banking, payments)
• Understanding of sales funnels, traffic, and lead processing
• Strong management skills
• Ability to work with metrics and numbers
• Extensive experience with CRM Chatterfy
