An iGaming company is looking for a Support Manager to work in the office in Yerevan. Requires 6+ months of customer support experience (including iGaming), English B2–C1 and fluent Russian. Work schedule is 3/2 shifts, salary in digital assets.
What you'll do
- Handle customer inquiries via CRM systems and ticket services
- Work a shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Communicate with an English-speaking team and users
What we need
- English B2–C1, fluent Russian
- Confident PC skills, experience with CRM systems and ticket services
- 6+ months of customer support experience, including iGaming
- Willingness to work shifts (night shifts, weekends and holidays)
- Based in Yerevan
