The digital holding is looking for a Head/Team Lead of Facebook Media Buying to lead and scale a team of FB buyers across Crypto/Nutra/Gambling verticals. The role involves managing budgets from $5k/day, optimizing funnels, and driving ROI. Requires 2+ years of FB buying experience with $2k+ daily spend and team leadership.

What you'll do

• Run traffic independently (own campaigns) – player-coach with own spend and KPIs.
• Lead and scale the team of FB buyers.
• Allocate budgets (from $5k/day for team) and tasks, optimizing resources.
• Analyze funnel performance, provide feedback on creatives, funnels, strategies.
• Implement best practices, constantly testing top hypotheses.
• Be responsible for team ROI and scaling winning funnels multiple times.
• Strengthen our System, taking it to a new level of KPIs.

What we need

• 2+ years of FB buying experience with $2k+ daily spend on own campaigns.
• Proven experience managing a mini-team (mentoring, task allocation).
• Expert-level analytics: Keitaro, trackers, reading EPC, CR, ROI, LTV.
• Strategic thinking: ability to prioritize ruthlessly and find growth points.
• Desire to earn and multiply profits – for yourself and the team.
