Head of Supply Department
Employer Location —Comp $2,000
The employer is looking for a Head of Supply in fintech who understands the supplier market, is confident with numbers and can manage a team. The candidate will develop the direction, build processes and influence business results. Remote work, target market is Ukraine.
What you'll do
- Manage a team of up to 10 people
- Find new suppliers and develop relationships with existing partners
- Analyze purchase prices, metrics and performance
- Control suppliers' accounts receivable and their collection
- Improve processes and increase team efficiency
What we need
- Understanding of the supplier market and how to work with suppliers
- Team management experience
- Aptitude for numbers, analytics and working with metrics
- Systems thinking and decision-making ability
- Initiative, autonomy and results orientation
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian language
