Customer Support Specialist

An international iGaming company is looking for a customer support specialist to provide comprehensive support on service and campaign issues, diagnose and classify requests, and collect user feedback.

What we need

  • Experience in customer support (preferably in iGaming or affiliate marketing)
  • Understanding of traffic arbitrage basics and CPA models
  • Communication and conflict resolution skills

Nice to have

  • English at Intermediate level or higher
  • Experience with CRM and ticketing systems
