UBT Specialist (iGaming, CIS)

The employer is looking for a strong UBT (free-to-play traffic) specialist in iGaming to build and scale the free-to-play traffic direction for CIS GEO from scratch. The role requires someone who can independently find and launch working funnels as well as build a team around themselves: set tasks, control results, and scale content and traffic production through people.

What you'll do

• Develop UBT strategy for CIS: GEO, target audience, sources, formats, and hypotheses
• Create and scale account networks
• Produce content for TikTok / Reels / Shorts
• Find and test new approaches, hooks, CTAs, creatives, landing pages, and funnels
• Analyze registrations, deposits, FTD, and funnel performance
• Scale profitable approaches and volumes
• Hire and onboard content makers / contractors
• Set tasks, control KPIs, and manage the team
• Build processes within the UBT direction

What we need

• At least 1 year of hands-on UBT experience in iGaming / Gambling
• Recent launches within the last 6 months
• Real cases with registrations and FTD, not just views
• Understanding of CIS traffic and audience specifics
• Experience managing people or contractors
• Ability to set tasks and control quality and results
• Willingness to work hands-on at the start
• Understanding of the funnel, analytics, and unit economics
• Ability to quickly test hypotheses and scale working funnels

Nice to have

• Successful cases across multiple CIS GEOs
• Experience managing a full content or UBT team
• Use of AI tools for mass content production and adaptation
• Experience working with multiple GEOs simultaneously

What's in it for you

• 100% remote
• Opportunity to build the direction and team from scratch to suit yourself
• Freedom in tests, hypotheses, and approaches
• Opportunity to scale the team and volumes
• Direct influence on the UBT direction strategy
