Lead Manager

A FinTech company is looking for a Lead Manager to work remotely. The specialist will handle lead processing and support, manage correspondence, and work with CRM and spreadsheets. Important: candidates outside Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine are considered.

What you'll do

• Conduct correspondence with leads
• Process incoming requests
• Update information and record data
• Transfer leads within the team
• Work with spreadsheets, CRM, and internal systems
• Maintain order in data and reporting

• Quick learning ability
• Ability to work with large amounts of information
• Confident use of PC and spreadsheets

Nice to have

• Experience working with leads
• Knowledge of Ukrainian language
