Head of Affiliate (CPA Network)

A young boutique CPA network run by media buying teams is scaling its affiliate direction and looking for a leader to build and head the department from scratch — from team and processes to P&L, partner pool and new verticals. Key focus: iGaming.

What you'll do

• Build and lead a team of Affiliate Managers
• Own P&L, margin, volumes and forecasting
• Grow the pool of key publishers and traffic arbitrage teams
• Negotiate rates, exclusives, GEOs and new verticals
• Set up processes for caps, holds, payouts and anti-fraud
• Analyze volumes, margin and traffic quality
• Shape strategy and reporting for the founders
• Build a transparent process system that scales with the business

What we need

• 2+ years of experience as Head of Affiliates on the iGaming CPA network side
• Deep understanding of CPA network economics: cap, hold, EPC, approve rate, clawback, incentive traffic, brand bidding, anti-fraud
• Experience building or scaling an affiliate direction
• Strong negotiation skills and experience working with large partners
• Fluent Russian; English from B1

• Own contact pool among large publishers and CPA networks
• Experience launching an affiliate direction from scratch
• Participation in international affiliate conferences
