Team Lead Media Buyer (Facebook)

The company is looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer to work in the finance vertical (investments, crypto, lead gen) targeting European GEOs. Fully remote, payments in USDT, fixed salary + percentage of results. Requires experience managing a team of media buyers, scaling Facebook Ads campaigns, and working with trackers/analytics.

What we need

• Experience as Team Lead Media Buyer or Senior Media Buyer with team management
• Experience with Facebook Ads in Investments / Crypto / Lead Gen verticals
• Proven experience with European GEOs
• Ability to build processes within the buying department and control KPI achievement
• Experience managing a team of media buyers: task setting, quality control, training
• Skills in scaling successful ad combinations and finding new growth points
• Ability to analyze metrics, make data-driven decisions, and optimize campaigns
• Experience testing hypotheses, creatives, offers, and traffic buying approaches
• Understanding of CRM, trackers, and analytics systems
• Control of internal processes, deadlines, and campaign launch quality
• Experience interacting with other departments (farming, creatives, development, analytics)
• Responsibility, leadership, initiative, decision-making in high dynamics
• Availability of relevant cases and proven results
