Team Lead of Media Buying

The company is looking for a Team Lead of Media Buying to manage buyer teams in the fintech vertical (lead generation/credit) across LATAM, CIS, and Africa.

What you'll do

• Managing a team of media buyers
• Controlling traffic quality and buyer performance
• Scaling successful campaigns
• Establishing processes within the team

What we need

• Proven experience as a Team Lead
• Experience managing a team of buyers (mandatory)
• Understanding of metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI
• Experience building and scaling campaigns
• Ability to establish processes within the team
• Control of traffic quality and buyer performance
