Business Development Manager

An international iGaming CPA network is looking for a Business Development Manager for remote work in the EU. Responsibilities include finding and attracting new advertisers, negotiating, developing partnerships, and analyzing KPIs.

What you'll do

• Search and attract new advertisers in the iGaming vertical
• Conduct negotiations and agree on cooperation terms
• Develop and maintain long-term partner relationships
• Support launches and monitor performance indicators
• Analyze KPIs, find growth points, and optimize results
• Interact with affiliate / media buying teams

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Affiliate in iGaming
• Understanding of affiliate and media buying traffic specifics
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and understanding of performance metrics
• English — B1–B2+
