Head of Affiliate

An international gaming project is looking for a Head of Affiliate to scale traffic, develop the partner network, and build a growth strategy. Responsibilities include developing an affiliate strategy, launching new GEOs, managing team and KPIs, working with partners (webmasters, arbitrage, influencers), traffic analysis, and anti-fraud.

What we need

• Experience as Head of Affiliate in iGaming for at least 2 years
• Cases of scaling and entering new markets
• Experience with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
• Strong negotiation skills and team management
