Head of Talent Acquisition

We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition for a stable iGaming company. The HR team already has over 60 specialists. Remote work.

What you'll do

• Manage the HR team.
• Develop the hiring strategy.
• Work on employer branding.
• Implement an ATS.
• Provide reporting to the CHRO.

What we need

• More than 3 years of experience leading a recruitment department (30+ people).
• Experience in iGaming or High-risk markets.
• Proven experience in executive search.
• Experience implementing or developing (as a client/product owner) a new ATS.
