Retention Team Lead

The employer is looking for a Retention Team Lead to build the retention function from scratch: hands-on at the start, then hiring and leading a team. iGaming experience is required. The role is remote, with salary discussed after the interview.

What you'll do

• Develop and launch retention strategies for different player segments, including VIP
• Analyze D1 / D7 / D30, repeat deposits and player behavior
• Launch and optimize bonuses, offers and promotions together with CRM, Promo Manager and product
• Reactivate dormant players
• Test hypotheses and run A/B tests
• Build the team: interviews, hiring, onboarding

What we need

• Experience as Retention Team Lead or CRM Manager in iGaming / Gambling
• Experience building retention from scratch and leading a team
• Willingness to work hands-on at the start
• Segmentation, bonus mechanics, CRM tools

Nice to have

• Experience with VIP players
• Experience with A/B tests
• Understanding of bonus hunters
