Chat-bot Manager (Telegram)

The employer in iGaming is looking for a Chat-bot Manager to develop and optimize chatbots, auto-funnels, and mailings. Requires 1+ year experience with chatbots, knowledge of SalesBot or n8n, integration and analytics skills. Remote work, full-time.

What you'll do

• Development and optimization of chatbots and auto-funnels.
• Preparation and setup of mailings according to the content plan (from the content managers team).
• Building automated communication chains and integration with other channels.
• Testing, improvement, and optimization of bot performance.
• Interaction with technical support services and the development team.

What we need

• 1+ year experience with chatbots
• Ability to design automated chains and funnels
• Knowledge of integrating chatbots with mailings (email, push, SMS)
• Ability to optimize scenarios
• Proficiency in basic analytics and A/B testing

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming
• Knowledge of SalesBot, n8n, or similar tools
